(even if no-one else seems to like it :() Not as good as 'Halo' but much better than her other singles from this era!
March 8, 200917 yr if theirs a non mover at 2 does that mean the saturdays could be #3 :-( No way is Taylor going to stay where she is.

While the Linda Perry (4 Non Blondes) composed hit "Get This Party Started" strayed not all that far from her initial dance-pop path, the remainder of M!SSUNDAZTOOD revealed an artist schooled in the punk tradition. Further recordings wandered down multiple paths, cementing Pink's reputation as a genre-bending pop songstress. - HMV Video here: track listing 1. Sober 2. March 8, 200917 yr if theirs a non mover at 2 does that mean the saturdays could be #3 :-( No. Because that would mean "Love Story" would be staying at number two and there's no chance of that happening. The Saturdays will be at number two unless "Poker Face" manages to spurt infront with its edge on downloads over the last few days but it's highly unlikely since The Saturdays have sold loads of physicals.
March 8, 200917 yr 37 (from 28) MIA - Paper Planes [P] http://www3.hmv.co.uk/hmv/Large_Images/HMV/XLS396CD.JPG Chart Run: 69-37-23-19-21-21-20-30-42-55-60-xx(8 wks)-54-46-43-45-33-34-28-37 [19 wks] Release date: 13-10-2008 Format: CDS Number of Discs: 1 Catalogue Number: XLS396CD Label: XL The daughter of a former member of Sri Lankan rebel group the Tamil Tigers, singer/rapper M.I.A. grew up in London where she was schooled on American hip-hop, U.K. club sounds, and world rhythms. With all these sounds in tow, M.I.A. went on to create an infectious, hyperactive, cross-cultural musical hybrid best represented by her ubiquitous 2004 single, "Galang." A stridently political performer (noticeable in everything from her visual art to her music), M.I.A.'s often controversial status as an activist came to a head in 2006 when she was denied a visa and entry into the United States. - HMV Video here: track listing 1.
