I'm not really sure what the arrangement is for the next spin-off, or when it is, but I'm presuming its not too soon.

I hope we have a poll up suggesting ideas for the next theme :( Coz I don't particularly want to do Foreign language songs. But if that wins in a poll, then i'll be more than happy to try and dig something out for it. But as long as the people who don't particularly want a Foreign Language contest, has some sort of say then that'll be Funky Dory :P

 

Also I think you should do what Ben suggested... the Top 3 categories leading in the poll, the host gets to choose the theme from them 3, coz as I always bang on about it, it won't be fair on the host to host a theme he doesn't particularly want to host :lol:

Personally I would prefer this option, because both host and contestants get involved for different parts. I'm not sure I like foreign languages but it seems popular.

the #10's contest was great in theory but not as good in practice

 

I really couldn't give a stuff that I came 6th with Robyn :heehee: I just didn't seem to care about it at all :snif:

I think it would be nice for people to actually try and overcome their xenophobia and go for a foreign language spin-off - after all, it is just a one-off, and there's hardly a lack of choice! :lol:

And I felt the same about the #10s spin-off - I think it was more due to the fact that we weren't really introduced to anything new.

K, so I am feeling a wee bit dramatic atm but it was definately the least memorable contest I've been in - The only reason I remember what song one was because it was sent by the quite fabulous RK otherwise I have no recollection of the thign which onyl took place a month ago -_-
