The problems began when people started to use this thread to increase their post counts with mind-numbingly insipid celebrations over a one-place climb and alike. With the subnormal amounts of intelligence on display in here: it’s hardly surprising that with clockwork regularity someone has a tantrum and the childish arguments begin.

 

I thought arguing the toss over which girl group is better was something one grows out of when one hits secondary school? Clearly that’s not the case here. Quite frankly it’s beyond an embarrassment because it reflects badly on the site as a whole.

 

It’s about time the one liners and emoticon posts were banned perhaps once the tone of the thread grows up the people using it will too?

I think you'll find Martin, along with all other rationale posters on this board, is well aware that it isn't just Girls Aloud comments that lead to the usual insults being traded.

 

Girls Aloud was merely used as AN EXAMPLE - and a relevant one as it is source of the most constant bickering on this thread.

i thought Martin reply would have ended all this but no everyone keeps on going.
