Gaga I think is going to get 5+ weeks at #1 - this week is in the bag now she's climbing on iTunes again, and I just can't see anyone taking it next week either (PCD are probably the biggest threat).

 

After that, the promotion kicks in - she's already confirmed for Jonathan Ross two weeks yesterday and that coupled with the other promo she'll be doing for PF here should guarantee a 5th week at the top.

 

After that - who knows? It still hasn't peaked on Radio or TV rotation yet (and the video is awesome - that opening scene is iconic) - she could well do an Umbrella and have solid sales of 50k per week and top the charts for another 2 months! :o

She seems to be everywhere, and the single release schedule is look rather thin for good releases for the next few weeks apart from Calvin Harris who has potential to cause an upset, if he does progress further to #1

She's not due to promote for another 2 weeks or so, so if he IS added this week, then he could very well sneak at LEAST a week at the top :D!

I hate records going back to #1 after a week or so, it spoils the flow of the chart, in my opinion, but it does make the chart very interesting.

I think this is the best track of its genre for years - and IMO it deserves its massive success around the globe.
