March 26, 200916 yr Ronan has the #1 album sewn up, unfortunately. His album is selling at a constant rate of around 4,000 units a day, whereas PSB's daily sales are shrinking by around 50% each time. The forthcoming appearances on Graham Norton and The Album Chart Show should boost Yes enough to hold on to #2 but Ronan will still be comfortably clear by Sunday.

March 26, 200916 yr I am going to stick my neck out and predict that either Lady GaGa or KOL will top the album chart by Sunday. The reason is that acts with a cult following like PSB sell lots of copies in the first few days with sales tailing off as the week goes on, and I also expect Ronan's sales to fall off dramatically on Friday and Saturday. Lady GaGa clearly has a huge following and I expect her to catch right up on Saturday whereas KOL seem to be selling consistantly.

March 26, 200916 yr So happy to see Metro station now top 10 i hope they stay in come sunday. The albums top 2 is so close just a pity the pet shop boys are now behind i hope the 310 sales gap is no wincludind all the mess ups if so there is still a chance they could get the number 1 although its a shame the 2,500 sals from saturday werent for this week as they would have a nice lead,album sales very low in general though.

March 27, 200916 yr Ronan has got the #1 album in the bag for sure now, he's widening the gap considerably. PSB should hang on for #2 though. In the singles, its going to be close. I reckon Noisettes might just about sneak it, but for the last 4/5 weeks Poker Face has been a HUGE weekend seller so I wouldn't be surprised if it just hangs on in there from Friday/Saturday sales from the club revellers. Wish we had sales for the singles as that would give us a better idea.
