After the disappointing peak of number 27 for "Thinking of You", Katy Perry has a new single called "Waking Up in Vegas", which is the fourth single from her debut album "One of the Boys".

 

Where will it peak? Will it do as well as "I Kissed a Girl" and "Hot n Cold"?

Oh no :( I was hoping she'd move on now. I am really bored of this era now (Bar a couple of tracks) she needs to ge writing for some more stuff for her next album. This won't do too well I don't think... But when the video prems and see what she has lined up, I will vote...

Thinking of you seems superior to this lyrically so i don't think this deserves a higher chart placing

I think the track will fail to reach top 20 to be honest, it seems the craze around Katy Perry has died, the attention is on Lady GaGa at the moment.

I's say top 20, at about no.16-20.

The video looks amazing and this is one of my faves of the album! :D

Don't like this at all. One of the worst on the album IMO. :(

 

Plus her doing it live on Ant and Dec didn't do any favours

"One of the boys" was the obvious choice for me :(

 

I don't see it doing very weel, although I'd like to be proved wrong, I love her ^_^

I think this is a great song, definitely the third best on her shoddy album behind the first two singles. I'm surprised at the negative reaction here, it's widely acknowledged as being on the best songs on the album!

 

I'll say it may scrape the top 40 at best though, sadly.

to be fair she did promote TOY - though it didn't help as reflected UK #27

I quite like this, though I can only see it going top 75, perhaps 40 if it's lucky.

I did enjoy the album back in the time :)

Not album of the year quality, but definately above the average.

Top 20 because it's catchier than TOY but still underwhelming.

It won't be out until June I reckon so I'll vote later...
