April 23, 200917 yr That's because album sales are pretty poo, if DM are still 5k in front of Lady G, than DM have a shoe in for the #1 album on Sunday for sure. :DBut weren't Doves ahead of GaGa by around 15k (in their Wed's mids) and she stole it by what? 10 Copies? :heehee: So I wouldn't say that QUITE yet :kink:

I doubt Beyoncé will sell 15k, so it looks as if she’ll be going top3 by default almost. Mind due with sales so low and close together the albums will probably look completely different on Sunday.

And, how is Beyonce no.3 by default..or almost? Have other albums not been stocked or something? Or, is it just that her album has held up better than those around her, and despite her low sales, will be defo top 5 for Sunday? Im tres confused, at the logic of that statement :unsure: And, well Silver, it's good promotion, but it would be doing even better, if she was over here promoting it! She is top of her craft atm...and everyone in the industry knows it! There aint another singer out there, who can sing vocally perfect and dance at the say time! ^_^

Maybe the 100 single ladies on Picadilly Circus helped the album too :P

When sales are running at half the yearly average for a position it kind of devalues it IMO. It’s glaringly obvious that when sales are low, different sales patterns on Saturday are going to have more of an impact on Sundays chart. The half yearly average means nothing...we are in recession! This is the way it is gonna be for a while, obviously! Britney, Kelly, Taylor all entered high...but where are they now?!?! About the sales pattern, hence me saying she will probably be no.4, cos KOL will probably go back past! Don't see anyone else doing it.... and didnt Beyonce pick up 2 places last weekend from the midweeks on Friday?
