Wow, they're really trying to erase all trace of Keisha then by leaving that awful song off the record. Even though I don't like it, the fans do and I think it would be classy of them to include it on the album. They might not be happy about it - they might not even want to perform it - but the fans clearly like it and this will be ANOTHER slap in the face to them.

The management just don't give a f*** about us. They seem to enjoy being c**ts.

 

 

If it by some miracle makes the UK album, i highly suspect it will be dropped from the US version. No point in confusing the poor Americans by having Keisha on there.

I wouldn't really mind if she did. Keisha was pretty must non-existant on the chorus. (though Heidi was even less noticeable, at least Keisha gets a "NOW") Jade would only have to record about 30 seconds of vocals, it's just whether it's worth doing. The people looking for it on the album would be looking for the Keisha version and I could understand why they'd want Keisha removed from every track.

Personally I'd rather Jade did. :huh:

 

It's hardly a big deal if she does, not like it's one of Keisha's stand-out tracks that we will all remember her for.

It should be on the album the way it was released. The management are f***wits and should play with traffic.

 

I don't mind it being done on tour/for the US album. But in this country it was Keisha's last single so if it makes the album it should be left in it's released condition ie with K's vocals.

I agree with Phil! All singles should be left with original vocals as we remember them/as they were originally. This means 'Get Sexy'. It also relates to back when they were thinking of re-recording ALL vocals on the GH - silly consideration! Can you imagine if they release another GH next year and re-recorded all vocals even though none of them actually released some of those singles?! Stupidity!

But it won't be until the next album that most fans will accept Jade imo. This album will be FULL of fans saying "Keisha would have nailed this. Jade pales in comparison" etc...

I think its quite disrespectful to Keisha if they re-record Get Sexy or don't include it.

The single edit would just have Keisha in...and the Album version would have Jade in...done job.

The difference with Ugly is that the album had already been released when Mutya was gone, Jade may as well record her version of Get Sexy as having an odd Keisha song on the album would seem out of place. Especially if it is released in America people will wonder whats up with it, as for re-recording it only for the american album it seems like a waste of time and money, if its done it might as well be on all versions. Besides its not as though they are never going to perform it again, they wont have Keisha to perform it with them, so again I dont see the fuss over it being re-recorded.
