Clearly Empire is Kasabians best song, but Fire is a grower and I can see the appeal! It could well be like Ruby was for the Kaiser Chiefs - ie not a brilliant song but their biggest hit.

Fire is nowhere near Kasabian's best song, but I quite like it. To be honest i'm not even sure how Fire has got so popular as much as I like it!

 

For me it just proves that the initial 'hype' single, generally works very well for a returning artist...

i'm glad fire's doing so well i love it. i'm going to see oasis at heaton park on thursday and kasbian are one of the support acts so i'd expect them to get a big boost in sales from that too..
