I lik the Pitbull version it gives the song a real edge but it is better for a Summer release.I just know this decision has everything to do with I Got You doing poorly.It is a shame because Alex needs to bring out a ballad to shift more albums.

I really hope that her next single is either The Silence or Before it explodes. I would probably prefer the silence because i think she has had enough singles with featured artists for now

That song is beaut, but i have the feeling she shall release the silence in like october to coincide with x-factor, then she has a shot at number one :) i think she may stretch to 5 singles from this album, i dont know why i just feel like she will :) then she will go of and get a new album ready :)

In truth Syco have proved their point that Alex is different to Leona but this is getting ridiculous that they just seem to be sticking other people and now groups onto all her songs.It is now just getting a bit pointless and as much as I like Laza and Flo, radio seems to play the versions that feature no rap.It is just a waste of money to, the solo version of All Night Long going top 10 clearly showed them nothing.

^ I agree, i'd really like a SOLO Alexandra single soon.

Has Alex actually said this collaboration with a group is the next single or just a track for the re-release. I hope it is just for the album lie GNGM, or at least a single AFTER The Silence (lots of great tracks left on album but all her singles so far bar Hallelujah have been uptempos, and The Silence would definately please the people who voted for her but aren't that fond of the uptempos).

 

It is getting ridiculous with the collaborations, Alex can clearly hold and sell a track on her own and yet her label are making her out like Keri Hilson. Pitbull grew on me and he has a high enough profile to make his contribution understandable, but no one knows who Laza is, not to mention his rap is the WORST part of the single. AT least Pitbull's rap grew on me but Laza's part is just unnecessary, why can't her label put out solo versions of the tracks for download or at least on the cd singles. They are the versions of the songs which get most play on radio anyhow as far as I have noticed.

The group collaboration will just be on the re-release there are no plans as yet to release it as a single.I am sure though it really depends on who the group is.If the song is likely to be a hit they may release it.It is becoming pointless all the collabs but I assume it is mostly being done for the American market.Radio are being rather stubborn though and playing the solo versions of her songs.Sadly Syco are just lazy, unimaginative and lack originality.

I REALLY wanna see the deluxe tracklisting for Overcome. Im interested to know if any of the leaked songs will make an appearance :)
