June 7, 200916 yr What's with huge negativity on the ES track? :( Candy is even worse. :( Actually, next to Juggernauts this sounds like a masterpiece :kink:
June 7, 200916 yr Haha I'm planning to get the Paolo Nutini album for my Dad's birthday on Tuesday. (I know, I'm a cheapskate) No idea why he likes this tbh though.

June 7, 200916 yr I hope Pet Shop Boys aren't up too soon, I'm thinking #24 or so though. :( As long as they're not #25 otherwise that'll be their lowest charting single ever.
June 7, 200916 yr 26 (from 31) Katy Perry - Waking Up In Vegas [D] http://www3.hmv.co.uk/hmv/Large_Images/HMV/VSCDT1993.JPG Chart Run: 52-43-36-31-26 [5 wks] Release date: 8-6-2009 Format: CDS Number of Discs: 1 Catalogue Number: VSCDT1993 Label: VIRGIN Her voice and veneer call up Amy Winehouse, but with a punk pop bent, bubblegum pinup style, and an affinity for 1980s rock themes; Katy Perry burst onto the top 40 on both sides of the Atlantic in the late 2000s. She gathered a cult following in late 2007 with the metrosexual-boyfriend-tweaking single "U R So Gay." Her star exploded when she went to the same well again with the dance pop-infused ode to fluctuating sexuality "I Kissed a Girl" (not a Jill Sobule cover), a teaser to the diverse debut, ONE OF THE BOYS. A surprising knack for hooks allowed Perry to sustain a career beyond one-note, and in 2009 she was a major player at both the Grammy and Brit Awards. - HMV Video here: Chart history (Year peak title): 2008 01 I Kissed A Girl 2008 04 Hot 'n' Cold 2009 27 Thinking Of You 2009 26 Waking Up In Vegas Discussion Thread Here

June 7, 200916 yr Hi Guys, This past week is very intresting in chart shows and the charts itself in both the US & UK. First we said goodbye to Hit40UK and hello to a new countdown rivials who based its top 10 on Itunes chart. While in America, we mourn the loss the of the Music magazine Radio & Records which for several years was Billboard's main foe until the company that owns Billboard bought them three years ago. And sadly, we here in the US were saddened to here the news that the original host of AT40, Casey Kasem will end his ride counting down the biggest hit in America next month after 39 years when his show At20 and At10 will be going off the air. any comments or memories of any of the above I mentioned?
