June 12, 200916 yr I would given odds if someone learned me it :P You simply show the chances of something happening compared to it not happnening for example; if the Kingdom of Shadow received odds of 15/1 on qualifying then for every one time they qualify, they will not qualify 15 times. I think that's what it is anyways - someone posted a pretty good explanantion a few contests ago but I can't find it

June 12, 200916 yr Noone says about the future of the country in the odds :lol: 1/2 means that their chances to qualify are 2 times MORE than to NOT qualify. 1/1 means that chances are equal. 15/1 means that chances to qualify are 15 times less than chances to miss on qualification.

The number on the left is the number of times it won't happen, the number on the right is the number of times it will happen ;)
