Florence + The Machine has to settle for #2, those sales for her album could have earned her a #1 this week, shame her album got trapped between all the Jacko albums in the top 5.

Goodness knows what happened to VV Brown's single, I'm guessing physicals have really let her down, such a brilliant track.

Don't really do sales except for top 5. But there are around 5.5k away from #5.

Could I have some album info on Yeah Yeah Yeahs and Bat For Lashes please, ta.

YYY's 85-2

God knows whats going on with VV :( The physical really isn't doing much. Only accounts for 9% of her sales total so far this week.

I wish Jordin could over take Black Eyed Peas...are they close in sales?

BEP now have lead of around 1.5k.

RyRy, Sash! - Best Of is in the chart somewhere?

Looks like Lady GaGa will peak at #4, I can't see her getting any further with a 5k gap, the only thing that could happen Jacko swapping places with La Roux, but Jacko seems to be trailing off now.

Thanks Ryan

Benny and Melanie Fiona on singles please Ryan :)

Hope I've got in before the 11 o'clock deadline RyRy. :D

Do you have the position of James Morrison's album please?

RyRy, Sash! - Best Of is in the chart somewhere?

Not in top 200 I'm afraid.

Benny 90-1

Melanie 120+5

49+1

Right back later perhaps depending on how much I get done :P

Check again. With Jacko trailing off quickly it's going to be a close call.

Thanks RyRy. Maybe Jonjo is right and is now in the budget chart.

Either way, they'd have been #3 without those Jacko albums...

I would concede that it is kinda possible now! With MJ tailing off a bit more and the weekend sales. If GaGa made up 1.5k on him on a thursday, it is possible for her to do about 2.5k each on both the final days.....it will be frightening close either way....although i doubt as close as last week!

GaGa back at 4. :cheer:

But it doesn't change how off I am in my predictions. :P

V V Brown is almost out. :o

I hope it stays there... :(

Right back later perhaps depending on how much I get done :P

Hope the studying goes well. If you get the chance (no worries if not), positions for the following please:-

Maccabees (CYGI)

Kid British (OHID)

Little Boots (Remedy)

Noisettes (NFY)

36 The Saturdays

MJ [YANA]

MJ [Earth Song]

40 VV Brown

It seems illogical how VV is below Jacko.

This is how it's in iTunes and kinda similiar during the week.

22| VV Brown - Shark In The Water

35| The Saturdays - Work

39| Michael Jackson - You Are Not Alone

55| Michael Jackson - Earth Song

For the Saturdays you can assume they are selling many physicals, but Michael Jackson? How is MJ getting all those extra sales?

Perhaps VV sales are not counting in full somehow?

It don't make sense to me.

Michael Jackson has multiple versions of all his songs (sometimes just) outside the iTunes top 100. The sales from each of these versions are combined to form his chart position as reflected in the midweeks.

The Saturdays are probably selling (reasonably) well on physicals and on other (non-iTunes) download sites (e.g. amazon/HMV), whereas VV Brown probably isn't selling well digitally elsewhere.
