The song is a smash in the waiting (If only Radio 1 would REALISE) Really surprised Arctic's aren't Top 10 yet either! I'm pleasently surprised Cascada still have such a strong lead though :o But I won't say anything yet, as MJ took over La Roux who was at a similar distance in sales I believe... :unsure:

A huge superstar passed away and like i predicted MJ tracks will the hog the charts for a while whether it be top 40, top 100 or even top 200 :D

To stand any chance MJ's sales would need to fall like where Agnes is on iTunes by like midnight and stay there for the final 2 days. Considering he lost 3 bars in 24 hrs, I don't see it happening. I recon he might fall behind GaGa sometime tomorrow evening at the earliest...which will be too little too late i'm afraid. He is safe! :lol: Tbh there will be more of a fight between Guetta and GaGa, and maybe Chipmunk if we ever find out his sales. I don't think GaGa will pass Guetta till Saturday tho! No.4 has GaGa's name written all over it....and again next week when MJ falls, only to be replaced by JLS in the top 3!
July 9, 200916 yr What a ridiculous thing to say. Would you have a grudge against Elvis getting a number 1 album? What about the Beatles? They most certainly have had their day too Yes I would. I haven't quoted the rest of your post because it's irrelevant. I don't believe for one minute there are people out there going "Ooh, i'd never heard of Michael Jackson before, let's see what his music is like!" I have no idea why people get the compulsion, when a popstar dies, to suddenly go out and buy their music. It doesn't make any sense to me, if you hadn't got the songs before why buy them now the person is dead? They're no better or worse than before they died and iTunes isn't going to take the music off because they've died. The results of it is that new and upcoming artists are denied chart placings that they deserve due to some unconcievable mindset.
