Yeah, but there's 47 reserved (with a maximum of 52), 5 waiting and 1 can return for XIX, so surely it's the 47 reserved, 4 waiting and the 1 that can return :unsure:

I agree with James. I'm at work alot in today and tomorrow and I'm STILL undecided on my entry. So I'd hate to know i've missed out on my potential entry knowing I was at work whilst someone else confirmed it or something.

I dont like the idea of losing reservations a week before confirmation closes.. kinda defeats the point of the reservation thread if someone is undecided, no? Like for example, Jark could be 100% sending Medina but say Addy/Xylem confirm it because he isnt online when reservation closes.. Seems kinda silly. OK, he could confirm before the Sunday but what if he/anyone else doesnt have time?

 

Also - what about the large amount of people who are unsure of what they're sending? I just think closing it entirely defeats the point of having reservations open for the last week..

 

The way I understood it, was that the reservations would be fixed when the thread closed, and no one would be able to enter an artist that they hadn't already reserved. I do see your point though, and also John's point that someone might not have found their perfect entrant yet. I was doing this to try and slow down the contest, make it last s bit longer, and for it not to feel so high pressure for a while. I will check about this though...
