I think people should be able to change as often as they want, it's not putting anyone in an awkward position by changing is it? It's not hurting anyone is it?

 

I could understand if an entry couldn't be changed because the host had already made a banner for that countries entry but it doesn't hurt anyone if someone wants to change their entry since banners aren't usually made in this contest, making an entry change as simple as changing some text. -_-

To be frank, I don't see why it's wrong to make more than one change too. As long as it's not harming anyone THAT much (for instance, if they already made a recap and posted on youtube lol) I think it's acceptable!
