  1. Urgh Coke bottle clear, up there with ‘milky clear’ as being my least liked vinyl colour. Guess they couldn’t do the obvious red again after it was used for the RSD edition
  2. Btw who was a-ha? And what would your final three choices have been?
  3. Also well done for getting Ellie G this far Wardy, not the safest of choices so you did good!
  4. I love a-ha but they deserved to go with that choice, really quite a weak link for them. Mary J is slaying this, totally unexpected that she’s in the semis!
  5. I could only think of 3 but we’re in a bar in Rhodes Town and ‘Cherish’ has just come on so it’s made me think that could be the fourth act
  6. Honestly I think my mind just filters that track out
  7. Actual LOL at Shaboozey still top 10 on this! 🤣
  8. 25 Lorde- Ribs 24 The Beatles- Here Comes The Sun 23 Lykke Li- I Follow Rivers 22 Michael Kiwanuka- Cold Little Heart 21 The XX- Intro 20 Empire Of The Sun- Walking On A Dream 19 David Bowie- Changes 18 Dolly Parton- 9 To 5 17 Blondie- One Way Or Another 16 The Cinematic Orchestra ft. Schoolboy Q- 2 On 02 Sam Fender- Hypersonic Missiles 01 Elton John- Tiny Dancer
  9. Yes I saw Agnes last in the list and thought grrrr that’s gonna win before hearing any of the others 🤣
  10. I don’t think that’s ever been a thing for this contest - I think we’re all just conditioned into not sending them through BJSC! 😄 I remember thinking the same when I saw Madonna in the list last time and then realising I’d been unnecessarily strict with myself
  11. 1 CHVRCHES 2 Avril 3 Pet Shop Boys 4 Gaga & Xtina 5 Mary J & U2 6 Ellie G 7 A-ha 8 Saturdays 9 Louise I don’t particularly love any of the choices this time tbh so giving the top two spots to CHVRCHES and Avril who at least sent decent ones, PSB down sent some of their worst for me Ps genuinely sorry about Louise in last for me again but hearing them now sadly just reminds me of how little I liked them - but it seems like lots of others don’t agree though as she’s doing well since being reintroduced
  12. I’ll be sitting it out as well, sorry! I can’t immediately think of anything else, and I’m now on holiday so not really able to start sourcing things. Will try to vote though if I’m back before the voting deadline ☺️
  13. Gosh you commit when you do a countdown don't you? I hadn't even noticed it had begun and you're finished 😆 Broadly speaking I would be on a similar line to you, although there's a few you rank much higher than I do. If I was doing this I'd probably go for this as my top 10: 01 All Saints - Black Coffee 02 All Saints - Pure Shores 03 Eminem - Stan 04 Spiller - Groovejet (If This Ain't Love) 05 Sonique - It Feels So Good 06 Destiny's Child - Independent Women Part I 07 Madonna - Music 08 Gabrielle - Rise 09 Madison Avenue - Don't Call Me Baby 10 Fragma - Toca's Miracle Particularly please you also really like Don't Call Me Baby as I think that's often overlooked - and far superior to the much better remembered Modjo track.

I'm gonna be needing Lorde to do a Dua and release a follow up album of extended versions
  15. Ouch at Bon Iver, that is another big loss for me, really thought that stood a good chance of making it through
