I think the host has so much to deal with during a contest that the least we can do as participants is to make sure we vote correctly and minimise disruption for them.

Voting: The Best Song Contest In The World... Ever! 12 – One Word, One Noun
When I was struggling for an entry I was sooooo tempted to send a Pet Shop Boys track, sort of wish I had done now

Buzzjack's Ultimate UK Number 8 Single - 1st Round
I Can Only Disappoint U is a decent effort from Mansun, although it's been largely forgotten about so I'm not surprised it didn't get many votes.

Looking forward to this! Although on first glance, there will have to be something absolutely extraordinary in there for me to not already know where my 12 is heading <3

Round 1 : Year End Survivor #135

The Gallup Years- Top 10 Sales- 1992
I'd say 1992 was the year when I really started to buy quite a lot of singles so I'm really looking forward to this one. My parents used to give me £20 pocket money and I'd always spend it on a Monday by getting off the school bus in the town and heading to the independent music shop that used to be there - not sure if my parents ever realised that I used to blow it all on day one each week 😂 Given what I can remember charting in 1992, I was still buying 7" and 12" singles for the first part of the year, plus a fair few cassingles as the year progressed but I definitely also started to buy more CDs this year so quite the range of formats. My first CD single had been Black or White at the end of 1991, but I had to play it on my dad's CD player so I assume that this must have been the year when my parents bought me my first CD player, which I assume would have been for my birthday so I'm expecting to have more CD singles from about June onwards.

The Masked Singer UK • Series 7
Just seen the toastie performance and I think it could be Anita Baker, one of her main songs is Giving You The Best That I've Got which links in to the last sentence of the school sports day clue

The Masked Singer UK • Series 7
It does sound like Kate Nash could be Monkey Business - and I don't know if they ever do visual clues but she was in GLOW which would kinda fit the set, ish

Scene ranks the 2007 #1s
Grace Kelly would definitely be towards the top for me, it's just so camp and OTT fun that it's really difficult not to like it. I got bored of Mika very quickly and at one point would have said I disliked everything he'd done, but I remember this coming on at a house party a few years after it was out and thinking just how joyous it is and actually not at all irritating as a stand alone track. Rather like Queen who so obviously influenced it, I can only manage listening to such flamboyance in small doses but this track is just the right amount.

Not me finding a pop song I like and then thinking I ought to check to see if they've been entered before and finding out that they actually won whilst I was competing

BuzzJack presents...
Yes! I feel like it was about 90% of the way there, although possibly needs an update for a couple of more recent songs

Great choices for inclusion - although I don’t think Frozen should ever be edited, sacrilege!!
