Voted! I've had all of the songs from both semis on repeat for the last few days so I was definitely familiar enough with everything to vote early! My ratings for the ten I voted for were;

and I have to say that the top song was edging its way to become one of those 'perfect' songs that I was talking about earlier, I've seriously become obsessed with it. Maybe it'll grow into a 10/10 with time. Oh and the worst song was still a 2/10, SO pleased that it managed to qualify from the semi :nocheer:

After the first round of whittling down entrants I'm down to 16. This is going to be incredibly difficult. Why on earth did we scrap the 18, 15, 13 system?!

Oh WOW. I made it through? Even though people predicted I wouldn't? I love it when that happens, it's always a nice surprise. Here's to coming last in the final though :D

 

Some good songs made it through and just downloading semi 2 now! Hopefully vote by tomorrow as I have a day off! :D

Voted. My top ten were all 9/10 or above.

That's quite the line up, I'm massively surprised I made it through with that song though, even I'm not that fond of it.

Nice to make it through to the final again (damn The Saturdays for ruining my whole 'never DNQ'ued thing I had going once'). Don't think I'm headed for a top 10 finish this time round though, no one seems to be paying poor BRAVE Wolfette any attention.

So glad I'm in the final, I didn't think I scrape through my semi, as I always DNQ in semis. Most likely end up in the bottom half of the final. Also makes life easier now listening to half of the songs as I already know the tracks from semi 2 that qualified.

Well I KNEW you weren't going to be a fan of my entry, that much was obvious :lol: But the entry I'm talking about (not necessarily yours!) set a new low for the 'worst song of 2011' for me personally, worse even than With Love Baby :o That song, whilst excruciatingly awful, isn't quite bad enough to literally give me an instant headache when listening to it. I appreciate that it's 'different' and an interesting choice of entry, hence the 2/10, but in every other way it's an abomination.

 

And Hysteria is actually a much more mature song than Music Everywhere. Abreu's grown up, I thought you might actually have liked it :o
