I just remembered you can also see the chart unfold live on Radio 1 site
I was so shocked when it missed the top 10. Everyone loves a Christina ballad, it deserved to be her 5th number one single
Me too. I was gutted when 'The Voice Within' (My personal Christina favourite) only peaked at number 9 when the overrated 'Beautiful' got to number 1. However it was the millionth single from the 'Stripped' era so I can't moan really :heehee:

That S Club Juniors songs is actually really good - sounds a bit like Kylie's CGYOOMH!
Really? It's my least favourite S Club Juniors single :puke: Awful. Mind you I hate CGYOOMH too, so... Give me 'Fool No More' and 'Sundown' anyday :P (They were so much better when they dropped the "Juniors" tag and got the "8" tag :heehee:

01. (1) Pink - So What

02. (-) Geraldine - The Winners Song [This is good. Haha!]

03. (-) Leon Jackson - Don't Call This Love [i don't hate this but this being Top 10 is... a big no.]

04. (2) Kings Of Leon - Sex On Fire

05. (-) The Saturdays - Up [Proper Saturdays tune. :)]

06. (15) Snow Patrol - Take Back The City

07. (6) Ne-Yo - Miss Independent

08. (4) Rihanna - Disturbia

09. (-) Sash! - Raindrops (Encore Une Fois) [i hated this at first listen LOL]

10. (3) Sugababes - Girls

I can't believe it's been a year since Up charted. It really deserved #1, I can't see how Leon charted higher than them. :puke2:
'New Direction' and 'Fool No More' were the only two S Club 8/Juniors songs I liked. 'New Direction' is definitely the best, it would be remembered as a pop classic if it were by a more respectable name.

I thought The Voice Within would flop considering she released "Dirrty", "Beautiful", "Fighter" and "Can't Hold Us Down". Aguilera has some random chart runs, I still can't believe "Ain't No Other Man" missed the top spot. And "Sundown" was my favorite S Club 8 song

'Ain't No Other Man'... that was overplayed and overrated IMO. It's just right that it didn't hit #1 IMO.
ANOM WASN'T #1? :o

No.

I remember sales were incredibly tight that week, it started off at #4 in the midweeks and sales were close between the whole of that sector.

ANOM WASN'T #1? :o

Peaked at number 2  Beaten by Shakira & her hips
