The judge's definitely knew the order of public vote when making their decisions. Louis stuck by his act, I can understand that. Dannii stuck by hers, which was the right choice. Cheryl Cole, the most inexperienced judge, not only as a judge but as a music expert too, chose the right person and based it on what she saw. Simon chose to make more money. I could tell they all knew Lucie received fewest votes. Dannii did the big 'I wanna thank everyone for supporting her' speech before Lucie even performed. She knew what Simon was going to do. Simon wouldn't have risked public vote unless he was sure Jedward were safe. Poor Lucie and even poor Jedward having to perform again for now reason.

 

I think its funny how Simon and Louis have had years of experience, and yet Dannii and Cheryl seem to be able to spot talent better.

 

Don't get me wrong, Simon is a very good businessman. I just think its sad that he puts that ahead of genuine talent whereas Dannii doesn't. She easily had the most consistently good group (the only of which I liked every contestant) and now she's down to one cos Simon wants vote money and viewing figures.

Reactions in here are ridiculous! Yes, Lucie was one of the best contestants etc etc... but X Factor has always been first and foremost an entertainment show, and so they clearly want to keep Jedward in as long as possible. Saying this is the show's death is ridiculous... it's getting it's best ever ratings!! And that is what the show IS all about, always has been, always will be.

I think it would be more interesting if the studio audience, instead of the judges voted on the 2 acts.

I think the one thing that would give Simon cause for concern, is if people stopped voting, rather than who they vote for.

 

 

Yeah.....I was just thinking. All the people who say they'll vote for Jedward to win to spite Simon.....but you'll still be voting money into HIS pocket. I don't believe he particulary cares about who wins, it's all about the drama and the money.

Superb nightclub? I was there last night with Uni, whilst it was good, it's just full of inbreds. Didn't see Rachel tho, coaches came and picked us up at 1.45.

Rob - Apparently they WERE doing Ga Ga but there's been song changes... like I say those aren't definite anyway. Someone on DS has spoken to the twins and they are definatley doing Under Pressure.

Dunno though, Liza Minelli did an awesome version of We Are The Champions at the Freddie tribute show, Pink did a great cover of Bohemian Rhapsody, Anastacia's We Will Rock You/We Are The Champions in South Africa was sublime, there was a really good version of Bohemian Rhapsody done on Rock Star INXS by Suzie McNeil
