Ego is the second single from the Saturdays' second studio album 'Wordshaker'. In my opinion, it's not the best song on the album as we all know that the title track on the album and should of started the era off. On the upside, it's way better than 'Forever Is Over' which is awful and a bad lead single. Anyway, Ego's video is amazing (Una looked outstanding).

 

The song is physically released on 4th January 2010.

 

So where do you think the song will peak? :D

I hate them but this song is really good.

Top 5, it's doing very well on iTunes.

 

This is nowhere near as good as FIO for me, I know everyone will be in disagreement with me though. :lol:

Not much out then so I'll go for top 5. Whether it'll generate the much needed interest in the album is another question.

Top 10 just because it's released in the 1st week of January when sales are very very low... If it was released now it won't be Top 10...

 

They were lucky with FOI being released in a quiet week as well...

It's a good song, but they better promote it well without any messups else it could be the end of them in the UK.

Doing splendidly so far so I think top 5 is a good posibility. Lower regions of the top 10 isnt out of the question but anything lowere than that would be a bit dissapointing at this stage.

They've got loads of promo planned and it's a relatively quiet release week too :D

 

Top 5 I think. It's gonna be this era's 'Up'. And I disagree Tacticz, it's one of the best and 'Wordshaker' (although still VERY good) is only mid best on the album :P

Top 10 I'm sure...they better hope this single revives their album like 'Issues' did in early 2009 for their debut or they are in real trouble

Probably Top 10. The equivalent week of January 2009 'only' required under 17,000 to make it. Would be surprised if The Saturdays didn't do 20k+ at least.

Top 5 easily I reckon. By far one of their best singles to date imo. :wub:

Top 40 methinks. But I hope another Top 10. The video for it is their best by far!

I love Ego and hope it will chart top 5, but the best song on the album is defintaely One Shot :dance: :dance:

top10. should do ok but probably wont hang around long at the high end of the charts
