December 6, 200916 yr Speaking of utterly ridiculous single choices, here is Lily. At least I'm not the only one who thinks that :)
December 6, 200916 yr Author It may or may not have been mentioned in the midweek chart but on Friday Subo was at 270k and Westlife at 90k It wasn't as we had no midweek sales :( However, we will be getting full sales for thsi week after the chart thanks to Ryan!
December 6, 200916 yr @Bibliotheque: Why did you take down the #1 + sales spoiler? I saw it because I couldn't resist, but do you think it's far too tense or something?
December 6, 200916 yr it's weird that Taio Cruz hasn't released anything in the States yet given that his genre is very US- friendly... 'Break your heart' could easily be top 10 there... Lily Allen missed a huge opportunity by not releasing the obvious biggest hit from her album 'F*** You' in the UK, it was such a bad move not releasing it. Edited December 6, 200916 yr by Big Mistake
December 6, 200916 yr At least I'm not the only one who thinks that :) She should've released Everyone's At It or f*** You..
December 6, 200916 yr It wasn't as we had no midweek sales :( However, we will be getting full sales for thsi week after the chart thanks to Ryan! We didn't but The Suns Bizarre column did on Friday
December 6, 200916 yr It may or may not have been mentioned in the midweek chart but on Friday Subo was at 270k and Westlife at 90k Really? That's pretty low sales for the weekend then isn't it? Just 30k for Susan. Maybe the shops ran out of copies
December 6, 200916 yr @Bibliotheque: Why did you take down the #1 + sales spoiler? I saw it because I couldn't resist, but do you think it's far too tense or something? Jester took it down as he doesn't want the #1 being announced before R1 announces it.
December 6, 200916 yr She should've released Everyone's At It or f*** You.. F*** You was the obvious choice.... it should've been the first single followed by 'Not Fair' then 'The Fear' as 3rd single... '22' is an OK choice for a 4th single...
December 6, 200916 yr Sorry i was wrong WHEN TAKE THAT and WESTLIFE decided to release new albums this week I doubt they predicted a spanking from SUBO. But Susan Boyle's debut collection is outselling both by at least two-to-one - on its SECOND week of release. Who'd have thought the wee Scots lady would thrash such huge bands? So far this week she's sold 209,305 copies of I Dreamed A Dream. Add last week's 411,820 UK and 784,000 US sales and that's a staggering 1,405,125. Westlife are on course to enter tomorrow's chart at No2 with 97,327 sales of Where We Are by the end of Thursday. The Greatest Day: Take That Present The Circus Live, shifted 86,703. The figures are enough to take either to No1 on a normal week. Read more: http://www.thesun.co.uk/sol/homepage/showb...l#ixzz0YvTSakIu

December 6, 200916 yr Why does Reggie insist on reading out texts and yabbering on about $h!t on the CHART SHOW?!?! I wanna hear the charts. He plays like two songs then talks for half an hour then starts going at 500mph saying "so-and-so down 2 places, so-and-so up 5 places" and you can't keep track! Looks like 'Ego' didn't crack the top 40 this week then.
