December 10, 200916 yr Yes they are! :o And their new single Ego is on it's way to saving this era and at the same time securing their spot in the mainstream UK pop girl group market alongside the obvious GA and Sugababes, seeing as most say there is only room for 3 girl groups in the UK market and I highly doubt the likes of Girls Can't Catch or Dolly Rockers will threaten the main 3 group at the moment. Who said there was only room for 3 girl groups? Girls aloud arent even releasing any music at the moment, the saturdays are the only main uk girl group act to have a new album out at the moment so they should be steaming ahead really.

Then have a sunday prediction chat thread, for people to chat, argue or moan all they like over the 'predictions'.

December 10, 200916 yr The chart is nowhere near as exciting as this time last year :( Some big christmas releases seem to be doing pretty poorly and the xfactor has had complete domination more than ever on the charts. December 10, 200916 yr I really hope bad romance can keep its lead, i was positive it would be number 1 til i read the comment about hmv being out of stock of peter kay and have re stcoked again, i just hope gaga can hold him off even if the margin was only 1 copy! Im happy with take that still holding at number 7, hopefully they will stay their or even number 6 come sunday.

December 10, 200916 yr if rihanna holds up at #17, her 1st week will be her peak so far, but the following 2 weeks will have sold more with lower positions, thats why chart peaks are only for chart freaks and sales are for record companies. Though obviously being at a higher peak with higher sales would be preferential at this time of year. :P

December 10, 200916 yr Looks to be a low selling week. Its probably going to be like the Beyonce - If I Were A Boy week in 2008 when she got to #1 on sales of just over 45000. Grrr I wish GaGa sold over 300,000 and had a million seller song.
