December 9, 200916 yr Well surely record sales are much lower than when the Spice Girls were around :huh: single sales are very high this year, also a cd was only stocked for a set amount of time, people can download just dance in the comfort of their home nearly a year after its release. also their chart positions were better 4 uk #1's, wannabe #1 in 30+ countries ect. im just pointing out that the spice girls made a much bigger impact in 12 months, chart position wise, sales wise and as a world wide force. the person asked who has had such a good 1st 12 months.

One at number 37, another one at number 52 and a third one at number 158. If you combine them, The Pogues are well in the top 20. Thanks. Didn't realise there were other versions of it.
