Second, and it was that or not enter :(

If you confirm after the time and date above, I will not accept it, I couldn't give two $h!ts if you're god or not. A deadline is a deadline and it's there for a reason. Plus, you have two weeks to confirm, so there's no excuses.

I wonder if a host is under this rule :heehee: But i'm sure he'll make it, there are 4+ more hours anyways :P

don't be too put off, there are a few real dark horses here that could pull off an Uh Huh Her, although hopefully not to the extent that they are touted as the least memorable winner :heehee:

uh huh her isn't my least most memorable winner :P

For me that award goes to Lorikeet's winner.....whatever it was I've already forgotten :kink:

Is it wrong that I forget Robyn & Royksopp won?

I knew it was entered and stuff, but I always think it was one of those that got loads of hype but finished 2nd or 3rd

To me, my least memorable winner is Brandy.

I sound like I'm trying to bring up the argument again, and trying to be petty with Phil - which I'm not. But, Riverside is #1 on iTunes after 14 hours...
XIV was the one with Fever Ray doing surprisingly well? I'll take a "risk" now (whatever the hell that means, if it has potential to do well it generally DOES)

Country: Skall

Artist: Former Ghosts

Song: Dreams

YT:

That was XVII.

I would normally care, but there's no chance it will win  Frankly, the inspiration levels of this contest are so dire that I'm willing to just ignore everything because of the fact so many participants are so pig-headed that they can't even take a DEBATE on the whole matter, as XIV showed. I'll just stay quiet here and let them all drive the contest into the ground if they so wish, and hope that XXIV will be just a little more inspired.

Or not. After all, new music is quite light on the ground until March or so, so we may be waiting until XXV for anything even resembling a decent contest.

HE NEVER LISTENS AND HE TALKS TOO MUCH ABOUT STUPID STUFF THATS SO BLOODY BORING! (sung in awful accents)

Cant blame you tbh. My least favourite of all of my entries

indeed, we really don't need another cheap war -_-

and yet even with Riverside at #1 on iTunes, it still feels like there are cheaper songs on offer this month  purely because male electro dance isn't the type of thing that typically does well in BJSC

I was at work a hell of alot these past few weeks (with the run up to chrimbo and new year etc...) so I had to go for an uninspiring choice, but it doesn't matter anyway Lemar will flop! He's male for a start! LOL

oh and am I the only one who can hear ELEMENTS of 'With Every Heartbeat' every now and again in it? :kink:

I don't know about that but it definitely has elements of Lindsay D's No Dream Impossible

'gotta keep strong keep moving on' :kink:

I don't consider it a coincidence that XV was one of the best contests actually...

XXIV should be amazing then :w00t: I feel quite sorry for Casey though but there is one thing worse than hosting a cheap contest and that's hosting a contest that nobody remembers or recalls with any fondness whatsoever *cough* VIII :(

I got a mixture of both with XIII. So much apathy as everyone knew that Agnes had won :(

there was always an outside chance that Lights could have won it though, and Agnes wasn't cheap at least - just a thoroughly decent song

the only song I've ever been CERTAIN that couldn't have been beaten is Silly Boy -_- I'm quite sure that Hollywood can't be beaten this month though ^_^

XIV was cheap of course, much more so than this contest, but it was never obvious which cheaper song would trounce all of the others - and in the end none of them managed it thanks to the only legit lesbian duo that have won the contest :kink:
