Unfortunately, it could be a while before we hear the album, and the previously announced March release date is now up in the air because, as Kelly was quoted as saying, “”I don’t have a label executive!”. What she was referring to is the recent departure of RCA/Jive Label exec Barry Weiss, who left the label to join Universal Music.

Oh no, i join you in your anger. She could do a Keisha Buchanan and do it herself. Keisha has been A&Ring and Managing herself thus far like the grafter that she is.

Kelly Clarkson has revealed that she has completed work on her new album.

 

The 'Breakaway' singer , whose last studio LP All I Ever Wanted was released in March 2009, told fans she was ready to put the record out, although she's unsure of its release date.

 

In a YouTube clip taken from an intimate charity gig, the star sang a new track called 'You Still Won't Know What It's Like', which she described as "so breathtaking that it doesn't even need a melody and lyrics".

 

After the performance, she told fans that the album release had been delayed after the surprise announcement that her RCA/Jive label head Barry Weiss was leaving the company for Universal Records.

 

Clarkson recently revealed that her favourite track off the upcoming LP was called 'You Love Me', and hinted that a possible duet will also feature.

New Kelly Clarkson Album Coming in March?

 

Kelly Clarkson confirmed yesterday on her Facebook page that her new album, tentatively-titled "May," will "supposedly" be released in March. The announcement in question has since been removed, but screencaps of the post capture the singer's response to a fan question of when to expect the album. No further word from the singer's camp has been released on the matter. ( ONTD via Entertainment Weekly)

I'm finishing up the last few songs for my album this week which means it shouldn't be too much longer .....finally! I will promise you though it's gonna be worth the wait! I've worked with a lot of great people and I can't wait to tour this album ....hell, I can't wait to tour period!
