The odd interview with someone who's entered the chart is fine, but when they talk about random stuff that I have absolutely no interest in, bores me. Anyway, glad GCC made Top 20

Yep. It's a shame. :( Although to be fair only really The Sats had any success last year out of all the girlbands. They're probably the main girl group at the moment but you're right, I can't see Here Standing being top ten. On the bright side though the album is picking up eventually and Ego looks set to stick around for a while. :)

I feel the issue with girlbands and boybands are that they are only hugely successful when each member is relatively known and have connected with the public in some way - Saturdays haven't really done that so far outside their own fanbase, GCC have yet to do that, Sugababes haven't since their latest ridiculous lineup change. Girls Aloud, JLS, Take That etc - all very huge because most of the public will know and recognise each member. THat's my theory anyway

January 24, 201016 yr massive flop :o even I expected low top ten the predictors of top 3/5 were wildly wrong :drama: decent pop song but by a faceless band, they won't go any further now, well maybe one more flop single
