This is one of those examples where I love the performer yet don't like the song. Marina seems like sich a nice person in interviews, but her music is just so underwhelming.

Marina and the Diamonds, really just Marina Diamandis (the Diamonds are the fans), was born in Wales to Welsh and Greek parents in 1986, although she has often claimed to be from Ancient Greece. After dropping out of four different music courses at four different universities, Marina decided to make her own way in music, and began writing her own unique brand of left-field pop songs under her new stage name. Following several low-key releases on indie labels, and a year spent touring and playing BritainÆs expansive festival circuit, Marina recorded her debut album, FAMILY JEWELS, in late 2009. - HMV

New single from one of the hottest tips of 2010. Recently featured in the BBC's Sound of 2010 list. The highly anticipated debut album is released in February. - HMV

Album Discussion Here

I thought Marina would be number 11 or 10 :(
If this was a physical chart this week, Example would be #1 with Marina #2, if Example are #11, the whole of the top 10 are on downloads only.
I hated this song until sometime mid this week, but now I realise it's genius

not a bad start for Marina, quite like the song- another favourite of Buzzjack no doubt

Feck, Ke$ha #11! At least Example is still top ten anyway

I hope this isn't another 'Dirtee Cash' - #11 immediately, but it peaked at #10.

There's barely a difference between Kesha's singing voice and speaking voice.
Im dispointed peter andre made the top 10 albums and hot chip didnt, and great to see journey finally have an album thats charts highly
Blah Blah Blah is a huge grower for me - I found it tuneless and irritating on first listen but now I love it
