Winner of the third season of THE X FACTOR, England's leading reality-TV talent show, R&B/pop singer Leona Lewis quickly rose to international stardom with the release of her 2007 debut, SPIRIT. With its accessible, Mariah Carey/Whitney Houston-like sound, the album topped the charts in both the U.K. and the U.S., a rare feat, particularly for such a young artist. Lewis's catchy single, "Bleeding Love," written by Ryan Tedder (OneRepublic) and Jesse McCartney, also reached the Number One spot on the charts of every major country on the globe, cementing her status as a true pop phenomenon. - HMV

okay tune from which I heard on the radio last week. Also Leona's album sales have been disapointing here

This must be the new cover for Telephone according to HMV, they've changed it: http://www3.hmv.co.uk/hmv/Large_Images/HMV/2734706.JPG
Hopefully I Gotta Feeling can stick around long for Rock That Body to chart then it'll continue the run of BEP's being in the top 40!
Billie wasn't from Reality TV

 You got taken for a fool if you believed that.... Duffy, Kate Bush, Pink, Beyonce, Britney, Lady GaGa Christina Aguilera, Madonna, Celine Dion.... The list is pretty huge to be honest!

I gotta feeling is doing so well, this should definitly end up a million seller now,

calvin harris single has done alot better than i thought it would, its a good song but with the album doing reasonably well i thought it wouldbe lucky to get top 75

She climbed to Number 1 didn't she - Reg said stright in at #1, which Bille did in 1998.

Its defo Billie Piper

Why is I Gotta Feeling still in the top 40.

Because for some reason, people are still buying it.

Plus all the solo singers from the 60s, 70s and 80s :P

I Gotta Feeling is just four weeks away from beating Frankie Goes To Hollywood's record for most consectutive weeks in the top 40.
N-Dubz, Saturdays, Ke$ha and Alexandra are always back to back in the charts so I bet one of them will be next.

I didn't notice that! I noticed last year Bulletproof, Paparazzi and Evacuate The Dancefloor were normally back to back when they started to fall down the charts.

Yeah that one is supposed to be the cover because it's up on the french itunes as well.
