Yes, as far as I know! :D You've been part of Buzzjack for more than 6 months, so all you need to do is come up with a country name and a capital city and post it in this thread.

 

If you are able to get a song by midday tomorrow and confirm it by reading the confirmation thread, you can participate in this month's contest :)

Yeah I think I remember a post limit too. Obviously though don't go spamming because the mods aren't thick, they'll see that you are spamming if you just post rubbish to get your post count up :P Not 100% sure though, best thing to do is wait for a mod.

Even then, I still think you can create a country but It can't enter until a certain point in time (that's if there is a post limit though!, skimming through the Rules Thread i can't see anything specifically about it!).
