Obvious ones for me are:

Sophie Ellis-Bextor - If You Go

Jordin Sparks - Freeze

Leona Lewis - Outta My Head

Kylie Minogue - Secret (Take You Home)

Each one greatly upset me by not being released. :(

Should have been on the album:

Ke$ha - Animal

Get In Line. By far her best song!

Kelly Clarkson - Don't Let Me Stop You

Leona Lewis - Naked / Yesterday

Edited by Rossco

Alanis Morissette - Citizen Of The Planet - her best song, completly overlooked :( No Avalon should have been on JLP also.

Celine Dion - Fade Away and I Surrender

The Killers - Tidal Wave, Midnight Show, Daddy's Eyes

Kylie - Stars, Like A Drug, Dangerous Game, Disco Down

Anastacia- Rearview, I Call It Love. Calling All Angels should have been on Heavy Rotation and been her comeback single

Off top of my head...

Leighton Meester - Body Control

Jonas Brothers - Before The Storm

The Veronicas - Popular

avril lavigne - innocence.

avril lavigne - I don't have to try.

Girls Aloud - Girl Overboard / Love Is Pain

The Script - Fall For Anything / Rusty Halo

Same Difference - All The Roads Lead To Heaven

Feeder - Sweet 16

The Hoosiers - The Trick To Life

Little Boots - Mathematics

All i can think of off the top of my head...

Love Is Pain and Girl Overboard are a bit similar so perhaps only Love Is Pain?

Also, Fall For Anything is a bit 'Script by numbers' so maybe Rusty Halo would have been the preferred single there?

Same Difference would have flopped with a second single anyway...but All The Roads Lead To Heaven should have been it as imo it is the most durable song on the album... :)

The Hoosiers couldn't really go for anything different off their album because the different tracks are just not single material...but The Trick To Life is simialr sunding to all their singles and would have made a great alternative to Cops And Robbers, but only IF they chose not to release that...

Little Boots suffered because of a DISASTROUS marketing campaign that saw Earthquake (2nd best on the album) limp into the Top 90... Being the 3rd best of an AMAZING album, Mathematics i have no doubt would have been the 4th single off Hands...

Feeder's first EP saw 6 tracks... Sweet 16 is easily their best track to date along with Descend and both should have been released as singles over Stero World and Tangerine tbh. Descend was lucky enough to make it onto the Polythene album but Sweet 16 remained a rarity. :( Eventually, it sealed it's destiny as a NON-ALBUM TRACK by insultingly being placed as B-Side to breakthrough single, High. (at least the put it on CD1 and not CD2 though... -_-)

Sugababes - Miss Everything, She's a mess

Pixie Lott- Here we go again

Leona Lewis- Outta my head.

The Script 'Rusty Halo'

little boots - click.

little boots - no brakes..

I think these two would have made two of the worst singles. I wanted 'Stuck On Repeat' but do realise if 'Earthquake' couldn't do it after 'Remedy', nothing else could've done. :(

Beyonce - RADIO.

Pink - Bad Influence

Rihanna - Breaking Dishes

Katy Perry - If You Can Afford Me, Mannequin

Britney - Unusual You

Keri Hilson - Alienated

Kelly Clarkson - If I Can't Have You, Impossible, Don't Let Me Stop You

Kings Of Leon - Manhattan, Be Somebody

Beyonce - RADIO.

Britney - Unusual You

Keri Hilson - Alienated

Kelly Clarkson - If I Can't Have You, Impossible, Don't Let Me Stop You

I knew I forgot quite a few of my favourites! I'd also add 'Hurts Me' to Keri's list.

Kelly Clarkson - Gone/Where Is You Heart?/You Found Me

Saturdays - Lies/Fall/Vulnerable

Amy MacDonald - A Wish For Something More

Beyonce - Scared Of Lonely

Britney Spears - Amnesia/Unusual You

Gabriella Climi - Got No Place To Go

Girls Aloud - Love Is Pain

Girls Aloud - Girl Overboard

Lady GaGa - Speechless

'stuck on repeat' is vastly overrated imo :puke: one of the worst on the album - so dull, didn't really get the love for that much... agree about the part about 'earthquake' and 'remedy' :( would have just loved 'click' to be a single though  awesome chorus.

Oo this too .
In fact, Ashley deserved so much more with her 'Guilty Pleasure' era :( 'It's Alright, It's OK' would have been huge had it been done by Miley Cyrus or something -_-

I knowww... & 'Crank It Up' underperformed loadss.

It's such a current sound and had it been promoted properly she could've had big hit with it.

'Crank It Up' was/is very Britney so I was surprised to see it do as badly as it did. 'Switch' is also another highlight on the surprisingly amazing album.

Shoulda been singles:

Beyonce: Radio, Ave Maria (I Am Sasha Fierce)

Cheryl Cole: Happy Hour (3 Words)

Florence & The Machine: Howl (Lungs)

Jordin Sparks: Freeze, 911 (Jordin Sparks/Battlefield)

Kate Nash: Mariella (Made Of Bricks)

Kelly Clarkson: If I Can't Have You (All I Ever Wanted)

Lady Gaga: Dance In The Dark (Fame Monster)

LEONA LEWIS: OUTTA MY HEAD!!!!! (Echo)

Lily Allen: Everyone's At It (It's Not Me, It's You)

Pixie Lott: Here We Go Again (Turn It Up)

Rihanna: Good Girl Gone Bad, Breakin' Dishes (Good Girl Gone Bad)

The Saturdays: Wordshaker, One Shot (Wordshaker)

Shoulda been on album:

Leona Lewis: Scene Of The Crime

Ke$ha: Disgusting

All I can think of atm!
