I really hope Alicia can break the top ten after BGT. TSWABH is too good to miss it. This would also (RANDOM CHART FACT TIME) be the second time this year a song looked like stalling at #13 twice before going top 10 - Jay-Z & Mr Hudson's Young Forever also went 13-13-10.

 

The Glee songs seem to be underperforming :o I seriously thought Bad Romance could go tp 5 and Poker Face top 20, looks like there could only be one in the official top 40 this week.

Am I the only one who thinks Alicia is nasally and shouty live and not really that good at all? :o

 

I love Alicia, her music, her performances & her personality plus her voice on records but she doesn't deliver 100% live vocally. I feel she sounds like she has sore throat when singing those big notes and she has to shout with it but all well is good as there are other big artists that are the same live

I have found all her singles poor. She might look like the perfect popstar but wow her material is mediocre. Mama Do was a meh debut offering, Boys & Girls was SUAD-2.0 except without a hook and another low-budget video. Cry Me Out was better but still not great. Gravity was dull and this new one is worse. I really don't see the appeal to her songs.
