I can't stand JLS, but please, enough with these ludicrous statements. -_- JLS aren't the only act who have fans which will buy multiple copies of their singles. I just read the other day of a Christina Aguilera fan who bought 100 copies of Bionic to try and help her.

Did i say that JLS were the only artist that this happens to? No. But, Christina Aguilera or any other artist was not who I was making the point about. However, my opinion is that JLS fans are amongst the worse for this.

Katy Perry's one of the celebrity judges on The X Factor. So that's a 20 second clip of 'California Gurls' guaranteed to be shown on that nights X Factor auditions show. Ie; guaranteed sales boost. This song ain't going anywhere fast. In fact, the next season starts in a month or something and 'CG' will no way have plummeted in the next four weeks.

 

I agree with chart wizzard that Katy Perry should easily be one of the top 10 biggest selling singles of 2010.
