LMAO at Lil' Wayne. Sooooooo low. Expecting it to be much higher.

Isn't it currently download only though?

As with Journey a few weeks back, this is 100 weeks in the top 200. Most people consider only the top 75 'official'. Some (eg. me) consider the top 100 official, and it's only on its 53rd week there. Very very few people would consider those extra 47 weeks as official chart weeks.

I was hoping for top 75, but Im so glad it re-entered the top 100

Im hoping that Fireflies re-entering gives it a boost in the YTD- although Usher on XF today worries me, I hope he doesnt sing OMG :(

also Im hoping that thanks to being performed on it yesterday, Airplanes can get a boost and overtake California Gurls, although I suppose it would've helped if it was performed well

I can't imagine Usher doing OMG. I don't think there's much more he can get out of the song, unless Lady Gaga or the BEPs turn up and do a mash-up with Telephone or Boom Boom Pow respectively, or some other song that fits well. That'd get it a lot of sales I reckon, but another performance won't get it higher than top 20 again.

Then again, DJ... is quite old too, but I reckon that'd go back top 10 if he performed it, and would get him more extra sales, like when OMG was performed on BGT.

I'd like him to do Hot Tottie, personally, or go back and do one of his recent singles that he skipped in the UK (like Lil' Freak, or Hey Daddy, which I heard once on the radio! :o).

Kylie still top 100 with all the lovers is great and great to see black eyed i gotta feeling back in the top 75.

Big week for Tinie Tempah.

Shame about the sharp falls in both charts for Maroon 5 and KT Tunstall. The public just don't know what they're missing, brilliant albums.
Ta-dah ! 50th consecutive week in the top75 for Cheryl's album ! Who would have thought ! :cheer:

I personally consider the Top 100 as the Official Chart as that is what the OCC publishes. I emailed them earlier in the year and they state that the official chart has been Top 100 since downloads were combined with the physical chart. They do however publish weeks on the Top 200.

The Top 75 is just a shortened chart published by Music Week just as the BBC only use Top 40.

Yes, and Viva La Vida is on its 100th week in the top *200*, not top 100.

:( ...Seems hard to believe he was the lead singer of a band that had 19 Top 40 singles, 2 multi platinum #1 albums and a further 5 Top 20 albums and can't get a hit himself :nocheer:
