October 31, 201015 yr Trouble is most people were bored with the song by the time it got to number one. Then it prolonged the agony by staying there for five weeks :cry: At the time a lot was made of the fact that it was the first record to climb from outside the top 10 to number one since 'Boom Boom Boom' by the Outhere Brothers. How cruel of the music researchers to fit two such awful songs into the same sentence.
October 31, 201015 yr Really? I find the switch between Lil Wayne/Eminem and Haddaway seems quite... choppy? Is that the right word? I'm not even a huge fan of Eminem but it seemed to work effectively. It could've been done more smoothly (idk if thats the word) but I think it worked well.
