Im really happy with Bon Jovi;s sales considering its their 3rd greatest hits as such (crossroads and this left feels rights as such) hopefully it will end up around 85,000 by the end of the week. I hope this can manage to go platnum which i think it will a sim disapointed their last 2 studio albums failed to make platnum status.

5+5 today.

Aww, was hoping Shakespear's Sister could end up Top 10! Still, Top 15 is great, I guess it'll sell 30,000+ this week.
will.i.am and minaj could easily still go top ten as they are like #8 on the tunes

Glad to see Nadine hasn't fallen.

Was hoping for an increase to top 20 though.

Hopefully she'll get a bump from tesco shoppers today and tomorrow.

Would be nice to see nadine climb a bit. Hopefully sat will be a big day for her physical. Tesco is very busy on sats and she has the advantage of being the only single available!

Hope diana can hold top 40 this week too, though its looking dicey sadly- is she like nadine getting little airplay?

Apparently Tesco aren't stocking this single properly, so I wouldn't bank on it. :(

And sadly yeah, Diana is getting absolutely zero airplay as well.

That's a shame. Its a great song but perhaps a little mad for radios tastes. Rather some rapper swear and objectify women. Lol. She is XF alum ffs, usually can't move for them that should get her some you'd think. I least she got her slot

Sats back top10. Do I smell mobile and physical buying desperation? Probably won't be enough but its nice when we're reminded in these ways there's sites other than itunes which play a part

Hoping The Saturdays can somehow hold on for a top 10 spot this week. Although, I do also like Check It Out

Does anyone know if Children In Need singles are usually stocked in Supermarkets ?

I think what put radio off supporting Diana is the second single bombing as hard as it did, it's damaged her.

I still cant figure what her fanbase is. The latest single wasnt released well. The trick of releasing the single digitally a week before release will work if there is a large anticipation to buy it. I cant see that working for her. She should of been released digitally and physically on the same day. Still, it would of done the same thing anyway

From what I recall they were especially when singles were available in places such as woolies, but not in tesco generally.

I know Headlines was by Spice Girls in 2007.

If they are JLS should do extremley well with TXF performance and with physicals

last years single was available in my local Tescos and they dont usually stock singles (I bought it and I'll probably buy this years too :D ) so Im pretty sure JLS' single will be available in some or all supermarkets too

shame to see Stay drop out- although top 15 isnt bad either, really hope Check It Out isnt top 10 on sunday but it looks likely

I think Katy will climb to #4 by Sunday as she's no.2 on itunes (the video is helping it quite a bit). Maybe it will sneak into the top #3 if lucky.

Yeah, a lot of commercial radio stations are annoying, in the sense that if only 1 song flops, they won't play any new songs from the artist again, until they get another top 5 hit or something, which of course, is a difficult thing to happen, when commercial radio aren't supporting you. It's like a vicious circle, and Roll Deep are about to become victims of this, by the looks of things. :(

What artists need in situations like that, if they want radio to play their songs again, is a collab with an artist that's very popular at the moment.

But it annoys me when people say Diana, Nadine, etc. have had no airplay, because that's not true. They've had very little airplay, but I've definitely heard them on non-BBC radio stations (e.g. The HITS).

Surprised Katy Perry is still #5 and #2 on itunes also surprised to see Ne-Yo at #19 still but #12 on itunes.. Probably have big gaps with sales.
