my friends just been to our local HMV and threy said all their matt singles were sold out by about 1 oclock no one else stands a chance at getting the no 1 they should just accept it and move on

God, some of the people in that campaign are deluded- and that 'contrarian' is ALWAYS wrong- he said Matt won't win and that Louis would win in 2009 :rofl:

 

anyway, Matts sales still looking very good atm :) I love how on the page they said 'still number 3 but just behind Matt Cardle' when he is more of a 100k ahead :lol:

i dont know whats worse them refusing to accept the facts and figures being released or the fact that the people taking this campaign seriously (and way too seriously may i add), none of them seem to be aware of how the chart actually works

Oh no sorry I forgot, they won't be able sell the CD because they have minions up and down the country 'hiding them'

:lol: they're 130k behind Matt and 20k behind Rihanna and the facebook group can't handle the truth!

 

I would love that spread sheet to be right - 165,000 for Matt would be brilliant - tomorrow will be exciting to see what difference the cd has made

despite having my reasons for not thinking the Biffy campaign is worth it, that's some conversion percentage they have for Facebook members there if those spreadsheet figures are correct. Think there is about 48k members on the Biffy Facebook page and that's 22k sales which might see the Biffy song get top 5 before the end of the week which would be nice

 

comparing the Bird (600k+) with it's 35k sales which are just pitiful :lol:

I've gone on that facebook page - haven't liked or anything - but I realised that a couple of my friends have "liked" both Matt Cardle and Bird is the Word!

You know one thing you can say about RATM last year? I think quite a lot of supporters handled the victory with a modicum of dignity! But some of the gloating from Matt fans is shameful, going about calling everyone deluded and idiots and how Matt is the ultimate popstar...blah blah blah. Nobody cares. This year's chart battle was a pointless one, accept it and move on.

I think it might be worth watching that for the next 15 minutes when they meltdown after Greg James says the song is at No3 :D

The only reason people have called them deluded is because they have been shouted at and had vile abuse thrown at them from the Bird is the Word people - why not take a look at the whole facts before you start

I've never said how Matt is the ultimate popstar and if you looked at the group they ARE deluded, in that they will not listen to any reason, the abuse they dish out is shameful, and if they're going out to hide CDs then they probably are idiots.
