ADELE! :w00t:

Haters you can kill yourself!

I love seeing how wound up some people can get just on the success of one track.

the pop bars are similar to when matt cardle was on top, except there is a massive sales difference between then and now

Although vidcapper will curse my name I am actually liking alot of the current crop of UK urban songs.Tinchy and Let it Rain, Chipmunk/Chris Brown-Champion and even N'dubz/Skepta-So Alive.

Really hope 2011 brings better quality songs.

I wouldn't mind it if it had a constant top 10 run but it's just annoying how it gets its boosts one week at a time.

What? Your Song at 10 when crap like The Time, Like a G6 and Who's That Chick are above it! :drama:

And WOW at Bruno's lead! Massive! I would say around 120k this week!

Surprised Jessie hasn't fallen a bit tbh :o Shocked @ Adele, loved Kerry's routine last night though  Shame Keri is so low, PGR is amazing so hopefully it climbs to at least top 40 :)

I'm fine with it :) It's all about the chart run!

Although so far it hasn't 'kept' as song out of the top 10 which I'd like to be there.

I don't actually mind Make You Feel My Love, but it is getting slightly boring and overplayed now

Better than the above you mean? :w00t:

At least only *one* of the above beats up their girlfriend...

Are you sure only one-I am sure Dappy can be added to that list.

Sad to see the Adele hate, she at least can sing and is a brilliant live performer.Really hope her comeback is a smash but it has not worked out so well for Duffy and Kate Nash.

Go Adele!

Although I wish this was happening with Hometown Glory, that song is so much better. But still very happy with all the success, she deserves it.

Bruno's lead is massive. It'd be great if he sold 150k+ :D

Certainly a chance - he's currently outselling the #2 by 10-3!

He probably needs that though given his lead will take a natural decrease later in the week and natural decrease for Rihanna is probably going to leave her between 40&45k this week.
Yeah that's probably a fairer indication - I still think the first 3 (bar Listen) could all make iTunes top 10, but as we saw last year that doesn't guarantee top 10 officially for the Glee tracks.

I didn't factor that in if I'm being honest. I wonder how many Glee fans out of the 1m+ that watch it though will have actually seen it online, etc? Maybe 1,000? That's not massive in the whole context of things. Although those 1,000 might be more likely as a whole to purchase any of the tracks as download singles, and if they've already got them illegally it'll mean less sales overall for the track this week.

Where did they all get to in sales in the US? I think 3 of them went top 30 on the Hot 100, which with zero airplay for each track factoring into that calculation must have meant they sold a hell of a lot. When are the Glee tracks released in the US? Each Monday? What day does the episode air?

lol. If that's the case, then I know like 2% of the people in the country who watched Glee online at US pace. Somehow I think that number is a bit un-realistic. I'd think more like 40,000-50,000. Infact, on this forum alone, you could probably find a dozens of members who've watched Glee at US pace!

However, I only follow the US charts casually, but I remember some weeks, especially the earlier episodes, sometimes Glee Cast too up half the top 10, and got to #1 on iTunes briefly on a lot of weeks.

That said, you're are drastically under-estimating the number of Glee fans who've already watched Glee, and got the songs!! However, I've got a friend who's so obsessed with Glee, that he said he'll buy the songs legally when he can, so if they're all that devoted! :)

Id love bruno mars to sell 150,000+ its a great song and its great he wont be a one hit wonder either in his own right.
 at Adele! I've really warmed to the song and am pleased to see it doing well again, primarily as it extends it's utterly bonkers chart run which I can't recall any song ever having had a similar one before.

JLS #14! Wow :o

Should certainly appeal to people who aren't usually fans of them, it really is their career highlight thus far imo

I still think whoever remixed the track owes a lot to Swedish House Mafia. Surely the record company won't wait until February 14th to release the Tinie Tempah version? They should release the remixed version in the next week or two whilst there's clearly demand for the single. I suspect 'Eyes Wide Shut' will follow in the footsteps on 'One Shot' and will have peaked by the time it gets officially released. -_-

'Sex On Fire', 'Ghostbusters', 'Rivers Of Babylon/Brown Girl In The Ring' all had interesting chart runs. :D

This is such an obvious ripp off of "I'm not alone" by Calvin Harris. But still crap cause there are their voices on it.
