I don't see her catching up to Bruno. Her physicals will fall too, I think.

UGH im sick of Adele and Bruno they are hogging the music channels :(

Hurry Up Britney and rise!

It'd be very unusual chart behaviour if it did. Last year, every #1 by a British artist debuted at #1. Not a single one climbed to #1.

That said, as you mentioned, her album is out, and the singles usually climb, or don't fall as much as you'd expect, because the album release week is a week where the artist usually does a lot of promo for the album, which has a knock-on effect of selling more singles. Then there's the other factor that people do their usual cherry-picking from the album, if they don't like it enough to buy the whole thing, so the existing singles usually benefit a bit from that too. I think the last time a British song climbed to #1 was The Climb.

You can stop calling her 'ADELE' now, iTunes have corrected that error. ;)

But I haven't :cheer:

what is higher doing at 23?

Um, it's airplay is increasing week on week, and people are hearing it, and wanting to buy it.

 Sorry for such an annoying response, but I don't really know what else to say. It's being released as single, if that's what you're thinking about. The single version will feature Kylie Minogue, I believe, and I think there might be a remix with Travie McCoy up for download too, along with remixes by 7th Heaven and Wideboys. The version in the chart now is the album version which is Taio only.

What is Just the Way You Are doing at #27?

no i mean it was like 40 somthing this morning so i thought he had done some promo

Oh, sorry. Yeah, it has climbed an awful lot recently. I can't think of any promo other than airplay he would've done though. He's hardly ever even in the country these days.

Tinchy Stryder up to #12! :o That's absolutely incredible! And the song isn't even that good... I mean, even In My System and Game Over were better.

I think that song has gotten into the top 70 before, a while ago. I'm not sure though.

Not sure about the video either. It's getting released in the US soon, so it might have a video, or will be getting one shortly.

EDIT: Yes, on the 19th of November it got to #70 on iTunes.

Actually, I was just listening to Something Kind of Ooooh by Girls Aloud (I LOVE that song!!!!!) on youtube, and I saw an advert for the new Pink video, so I think it's just premiered today, although it says it's only available for viewing in the US and Canada.
