March 30, 201114 yr bPOX6R7RvBM  I find the parodies so much funnier than the original :D Edited March 30, 201114 yr by chart wizard
March 30, 201114 yr She's just a young girl who is having some fun fun fun. The song has potential, if some of the lyrics were changed. As it is just now, it is cringe worthy. And what is the rapper about? there is worse on that channel, like "butterflies". Just horrendous. Edited March 30, 201114 yr by starryeyed
March 30, 201114 yr Has everyone seen this yet? kXAdSo76Ono  Exactly all of this. She really doesn't deserve some of the unneeded hate she's getting. I completely agree. Edited March 30, 201114 yr by Jam.

The ©rapper is a creepy old child molester fukk looking for the kids' party if you ask me.... :puke2:
March 31, 201114 yr Or maybe she's actually a nice person? Just because she's not the greatest singer ever doesn't mean she doesn't have a good heart. And so what if it is to get more sales, it's still all going to a good cause at the end of the day? No, it's a publicity stunt, simple as... It's got the Label's grubby paw-prints all over it.... And that comment wasn't intended to be a statement about her specifically, but rather a general one concerning the fact that half of f**king America is ignorant of anything that goes on outside their own borders, not to mention the p**s-poor state education system, more than half of teenage kids in American schools couldn't even point to Iraq or UK on a map, FACT.... And I am frankly sick of this whole "good cause" argument being used to flog a cheap pile of sh"te or promote a mediocre act.... You want to contribute to a good cause?? SEND MONEY DIRECT TO A CHARITY FFS...... -_-
March 31, 201114 yr I don't think the 'good cause' issue is primary at all here though. This whole 'Friday' revenue wasn't intended to be for charity at all firstly, it's just she/they decided to put money for Japan after all the hate she got. I suppose it's not record label's move at all, I only seemed Rebecca doing it really... And obviously she understands that she will get her revenue when she releases actual music under actual label.

April 2, 201114 yr We had an hour long debate about 'Friday' in my music lesson today   We never discussed a huge amount of chart music in our music lessons. :( Although it mentioned Linkin Park in one of our text books (and this was going back a few years when they were massive)! :o Anyway, I think Rebecca is a really nice person for donating some of the money she's making. I know people don't approve of her giving money to people more needy than her, but I think it's a good thing. :)
April 2, 201114 yr No, it's a publicity stunt, simple as... naaaaaaaat, they've been making those $h!tty videos for a while. They're crap but they're not a publicity stunt. I'm sure they're laughing now, however Edited April 2, 201114 yr by Slowpoke

April 2, 201114 yr We had an hour long debate about 'Friday' in my music lesson today  So did my class - The teacher asked us what we were talking about' and we told her to type in Rebecca Black Friday on youtube... She did and her reaction was fist  , then  , then  ... She loves it now!!
April 2, 201114 yr Now she's starring in her own parodies. These are actually pretty funny: http://www.funnyordie.com/videos/10d4ba537...h-rebecca-black http://www.funnyordie.com/videos/6c4e44a1a...w-rebecca-black http://www.funnyordie.com/videos/a085babc8...s-greatest-hits

I love it when stars (let's face it, she's definitely one now, whether we like it or not! LOL) mock themselves. She has just garnered some respect from me!

I would die if the lyrical content insinuated something else. She would really prove the whole world wrong.
