After the 10 rounds, the top 4 from every year will then be put together for one final rate which will make up a top 40 of the decade.

 

How you rate the songs; you do not rate every song that hit number one, you just rate your ten favourites and your least favourite. You give +15 points to your favourite song, and the rest are as follows; This is to hopefully stop ties from happening inside the top 3.

I love Think Twice I think for its fabulous chart run as it took 16 weeks to get to #1 and then stayed there for 7 weeks :wub:
