I think it's actually most likely he missed out two new entries (Kanye and Mann) and one re-entry (Wheatus) and there are no non-movers.

Well, if there's no non-movers, we pretty much know the #1! This is why I wish they didn't do these 'climbers, fallers' stuff - it can give away the #1 immediately sometimes.
