Is there a non-pitbull version of this song?

Yeah. I've heard it on the radio a few times.

There's also another version I've heard on the radio which has less Pitbull (but still some), and it's all "blurry" at the beginning, and then extra instruments come in at the end.

Agreed :D

Then hopefully Example can get his 2nd number 1 after that with Changed the Way You Kissed Me

Example hasn't had a number 1 yet, has he?

Is there a non-pitbull version of this song?
Yep there is.

Believe it or not... but I think Pitbull IS needed. :(

A green-eyed beauty with a sultry voice, Rihanna was discovered as a teenager on her island home of Barbados, and quickly signed with the venerable Def Jam records. Powered by a Soft Cell sample, her infectious dancehall/Caribbean single "Pon de Replay," from her album the MUSIC OF THE SUN, became the summer jam of 2005, peaking at number two on the charts. By 2006 she had become a worldwide sensation, and her second album, A GIRL LIKE ME, went platinum, boosted by a Nike ad song, guest appearances on ALL MY CHILDREN, and a film part in BRING IT ON: ALL OR NOTHING. Further success followed with 2007's double platinum GOOD GIRL GONE BAD, which spawned the all conquering "Umbrella" - topping the UK singles chart for ten weeks in the summer of that year. - HMV

 at "Make You Feel My Love" hanging on. Seriously, will the torture ever end? :P

Hope "Firework" get's another week.

You would hate CCN (Celeberity Chart Numbers) - one of the most pointless features of any radio show in existance. Reggie likes to skip songs too and read out texts and likes anything that has nothing to do with the charts. Scott Mills is better at hosting this

Oh. Well, you're probably going to hate Reggie anyway.

I don't mind Reggie as a presenter so we'll see how it goes (though I do resent him for getting simple chart-related facts wrong!)

JK and Joel?!

I believe so! I just looked on Wiki and they finished at the end of 2007. I can't remember when I was Chart mod but I'm pretty sure it was before then!

:cheer: Rihanna still top 40! It's hard to believe that Cheryl beat Rihanna in first week sales, Chez won the battle but Ri won the war. It would be a safe bet that 'Promise This' is close to falling out the top 200 by now. When Cheryl comes back next year she'll hopefully fail to get number one unless its a better song or a quiet week
Thanks for the non-Pibtull mixes. And JonJo, Pibtull isn't needed on any song at all. J.Lo's single is strong enough to do well without that awful man lol

I much prefer Ellie Goulding's cover

Example hasn't had a number 1 yet, has he?

Nope, but if Unorthodox goes then he will have his 1st and if CTWYKM does that will be his 2nd number 1 :D

I think Make You Feel My Love has now spent as long in the top 40 as Love the Way You Lie! :o

Also, hate to bring up this discussion again, but shouldn't All of the Lights be credited in Rihanna's discography as how the OCC credit it (i.e. Kanye West ft. Rihanna & Drake)?

 Enrique, I really must get this album, all the singles form it have been fantastic!
Looks Like this is Adeles Last week in top 40! Katy perry - Firework and Need you now must have just missed top 40 :(
Thanks for the non-Pibtull mixes. And JonJo, Pibtull isn't needed on any song at all. J.Lo's single is strong enough to do well without that awful man lol

I think it's definitely better with Pitbull tbh. The only song I can think of which I prefer without him is All Night Long.

Why is this song randomly holding on at the bottom. It's not a very good song and Enrique can't do much better unfortunately. It fell so fast and now its holding on for no proper reason. Hopefully 'Firework' has dropped out

I haven't heard this version before! :o I have even more JLOVE for the song now.

I wonder if 'Firework' is up next  or has it fallen out of the Top 40.
