I apologize if this has already been answered, by why is the awesome and groundbreaking '19' by Paul Hardcastle back in the top 40? Surely it couldn't be due to an advert, it doesn't really strike me as the sort of song that would fit advertising.

There must have been errors with it..I'm assuming as the ratings were 678 when I last looked so people are obviously interested and it should have showed in the top 1000 at least, I reckon people were unable to download for whatever reason>>>>???
