May 22, 201115 yr I like IIY but I still don't understand why she released it over Papi. IIY is nice but nothing amazing and will just possibly scrape the top 10, while Papi could have been another top 5, or dare I say it, a #1. I want this to do well though, as I do like it and want J-LO to make sure she is a big name again, rather than just having one last fluke hit.

This post demonstrates that dance-pop/urban thing that people on Buzzjack seem to do that I was talking about earlier. Personally, I love I'm Into You. To me Papi sounds kind of boring and generic. :( Yasmin is gorgeous.

May 22, 201115 yr Gone off this a little but great to see it still top 20 anyway :D The second half of the chorus is FANTASTIC. The rest lets it down a bit. Edited May 22, 201115 yr by Bray
May 22, 201115 yr Finish Line managed to hold onto top 20! Fantastic! Yasmin's voice really is beautiful.
May 22, 201115 yr Liking the sound of that Kixx song, although it's probably not gonna chart anyway this Yasmin song is growing on me - I found it very forgettable at first, the verses sound so much like Year 3000 by Busted

The beat is Papi is amazing, and the chorus is so catchy, while IIY is just nice and repeatitive.

May 22, 201115 yr Disappointed at the chart run for this to be honest... it's still good but given that A) it's been absolutely MASSIVE in the USA and B) it's easily her best song ever I hoped for better. Great for a fourth single though I guess.
May 22, 201115 yr I know it does, but I'm Into You is just boring compared to Papi. The beat is Papi is amazing, and the chorus is so catchy, while IIY is just nice and repeatitive. Yeah, IIY is quite repetitive, but I don't mind that. What you think about Papi I think about I'm Into You, and vice-versa. I think from J-Lo's point of view, it's probably best to alternate between pop and urban. Different stations will play them. Like Radio 1Xtra never played On the Floor, but they're playing I'm Into You (similar situation with Nicole's Don't Hold Your Breath and Right There). Plus the songs appeal to different people (as we're evidence of), which will ultimately sell their albums more. That's probably why Lady Gaga is so liked on here. Nobody needs to worry about her released an urban song.
May 22, 201115 yr "E.T" Katy's best single by far. I failed to appreciate it when it came out, but now I have to agree ^_^
