Calvin living a charmed life at number 1, I suspect Example will be back in the lead by tomorrow.

Oh, and BOO at the OCC remembering to put Dappy in the chart today. :(

Looks like the mids yesterday was correct, Tinchy & Dappy was an OCC blooper :(

Big drop for Wonderland in the album chart.

I think that True Tiger may be out of the Top40 soon.

Good to see that J-Lo has the No11 and No12.

Example should be back on top come Sunday - sure his lead is growing (allbeit slightly) on itunes.

Hope Ed Sheeran stays top 3... the fact he's climbed above Tinchy is a good sign

There's still something not right about the mids though - for example, J-Lo's On The Floor is @ #11 in the mids yet compared with the #12 track in the mids (J-Lo's Im Into You), it is currently sitting 48% behind on iTunes pop bars (OTF #18 on iTunes, IIY #11 on iTunes). Even with J-Lo's OFT other two non-top 100 iTunes versions combined, it is still c. 15% behind IIY's pop bar so something looks odd.

Maybe iTunes is playing catch up and the the mids today incorporate Sunday/Monday iTunes sales, but are missing Tuesday's. Maybe the mids will lag a day behind on iTunes sales all week (its happened before).

I would have thought J.Lo's performance of the single on SYTYCD final transmitted Saturday night gave her the boost. But I get what you are saying we had the scenario played before, where iTunes is still lagging a day. I wonder if the chart update on Radio 1 this afternoon will be any different.

Nerina  I doubt she will stay top 20 but considering I expected it to miss the top 40 entirely, if it can match Fires' #21 peak I will be pleased.
On twitter, it says ed is only 3700 behind no.1

It doesn't matter what the gap is.. he's not gonna be numero uno. Just accept it.

I never said he was going to be, I'm just saying information relevant to the thread, some people do like to know sales when there is the chance of getting them

37 Adele [sFTTR]

:w00t: :w00t: :w00t: Likely to be significantly higher by Sunday seeing as its #28 on iTunes at the moment.

Also SLY 22 and RITD 38 :D Hope RITD hangs on in there for one more week even if its #40 by Sunday (#40 on iTunes).

If the gap is only 3,700 copies, then he could very easily sneak into the top spot.

Good to see love love by take that still holding top 30, i hope they can stay there sunday, id love to know take thats album sales but i guess we will have to wait until sunday by the looks of things.
I wonder what the chances are of Example holding the top spot come Sunday. I'd love him to get two weeks at No. 1 but I guess Calvin has the b-side and physicals on his side, even if Example's still ahead on iTunes...
I suspect Example will be back at number 1 tomorrow- he's even closer than Ed to number 1 and Bounce is starting to slip on Itunes, I hope Ed can hold number 3 until Sunday though, he's ahead of Tinchy and Dappy on Itunes now, so it's likely :D

If Bounce does get to #1, it'll almost definitely be the first 'non #1' for a while, I can't see it hanging around for long at all. I reckon The A Team will have a lot more longevity...

I'm not a huge fan of the song but I'd prefer to see Example hold for a 2nd week than for Bounce to get it.

Nah, Example's lead is only going to get bigger, and I'm pretty sure he''ll top the midweeks come Friday at the very least..

Nice little jump for Love? :cheer:

 New advert on TV advertising the album :D only £7.97 at asda!
