Wouldn't go hating on the beloved Sats on here.

GRRRRRRRRRRRRRR.

Sick of people calling songs generic..So what, they are feel good pop songs! Why does everything have to be about developing new/original sounds all the time..

Example has no right to say anything about other artists and it's a bit different to 'the average Joe' slating an artists, the difference he has over 200,000 followers some of which actually like The Saturdays..Plus his song is hardly original either (He actually formed the chorus from Hollyoaks) so it's hardly solely his own. (Someone mentioned 'Changed the way you kiss me' on Hollyoaks..

I find it disgusting personally, clearly the people who dislike The Sats arn't bothered but i don't think ANY artist should make snotty/sarky comments!

What was funny about dissing how Alexandra Burke looks? <-- Plus he only seems to pick on females, clearly because he's soo f'in ugly he has no other way of getting noticed...MEH!...Rant over!

Actually it is wise for Example to pick on women can you imagine how Dappy, Wiley or even Professor Green would chew him up and leave a pile of bones.

I hope the Record companies will now backtrack on on air/on sale as the UK acts are not benefitting from it.Parade have stalled now.

This is worse than anything Example has said about the Sats or the Burke

Indeed. Mr C. Joel, why are you allowed to comment on what you think of Example, yet you don't feel Example should be allowed to comment on other people, particularly ones you like? Does being famous mean you aren't allowed opinions? Therefore making all celebrities the same, not allowed to air their thoughts, just a world of banality and constant praise, what a wonderful world that would be.

Can we just shut up about Example and The Sats? Seriously! :( This is an iTunes thread, and i'm sick of checking the thread and having to go back several pages before I can see any real updates (LivePopBars doesn't work for me and it's a hassle opening iTunes on my computer).

As pointed out. Of course Example can have his opinion...BUT there's a difference in stating your opinion and using sarcastic comments which are blatent digs at the other artists on twitter.

Also, I find it funny how he doesn't say a word to their faces...As The Sats shared a dressing room with him yet the next day posts that on twitter...Could he have not just asked them why they want to release songs which don't reflect themselves as people or why they don't write their own songs.

AND....How can you say Example stating 'Alexandra is really 41' How is that your opinion? <-- To me that's just blatent nastiness!

Anyway, he just makesthese comments for attention....why else would there be a need to tell your 200,000 odd fans what you think of other artists, he should be supporting British acts rather than bashing them.

IMO its no different to the usual crap on this thread - ie artist single ranking posts of their singles - endless crappy chat on here about this and that - the debate here is no different to how this thread usually is

Actually I noticed one of his tweets last night - congratulating Ed Sheeran, Dappy and Calvin Harris on their new entries and how it was good to see British music in the top regions of the charts.

That was clearly a joke. As Example said, 'Some people really have no sense of humour'

-x-

New releases update:

1. Don't Wanna Go Home - Jason Derülo

12. Badman Riddim (Jump) [Radio Edit] - Vato Gonzalez

30. Pumped Up Kicks - Foster the People

43. Perfume - Parade

46. Don't Know Why (Radio Edit) - SoundGirl

48. Good for Nothing - Hard-FI

70. Mind Spinning - Lethal Bizzle

87. Badman Riddim (Jump) [Club Mix] - Vato Gonzalez

103. San Francisco - Cascada

151. Pause - Pitbull

158. Box of Stones - Benjamin Francis Leftwich

204. Dirty Dancer (with Usher) [feat. Lil Wayne] - Enrique Iglesias, Usher & Lil Wayne

210. Don't Know Why (feat. Mann) - SoundGirl

Jason #1 then :( Praying for Example to somehow retake it

Looks like Vato will go top 10 after all then - he's now only ~1.5% off #10 :D He's gained massively since this morning :o

Hopefully the top 6 songs can all go top 40, although Parade and Hard-Fi probably won't. They will be in the first mids but they'll probably fall out by the end of the week a la True Tiger last week.

Just unfollow him if you have a problem with Example's tweets!

TEOG is now so close to entering the top 10, but it will be stopped by Vato i think :drama:. Hopefully PRA can fall out too, leaving room for both Gaga + Vato.

9 LMFAO Party Rock Anthem (feat. Lauren Bennet & GoonRock) 0.350447

10 Aloe Blacc I Need a Dollar 0.347832

11 Lady GaGa The Edge of Glory 0.333242

12 Vato Gonzalez Badman Riddim (Jump) [Radio Edit] 0.332553

There's not much in it between LMFAO and Vato so as long as both GaGa and Vato are continuing to climb I'm sure LMFAO and Aloe will get kocked out. (Tinchy at #8 is on 0.404542 so he's pretty much safe, LMFAO aren't going to gain 0.05 before GaGa and Vato overtake)

I think 'Next 2 You' could be huge. Chris Brown is having tons of success with Yeah 3x and Beautiful People and surely with Bieber on it, it's bound to attract all the young girls? :o It's actually a pretty good song, too, and the video is awesome!
Came home to see Jason Deruloo #1 :o Didn't think it would be so popular, I thought it would be top 5 [around #3-#4] but not number 1! :o

Am I the only one delighted to see Jason Derulo at #1 :o

So glad Example is NOT #1 anymore! Worst #1 for me after Party Rock Anthem :P

Really hope The Edge Of Glory is eventually number 1, especially as it would be gaga's first number 1 from the 'Born This Way' era :)

I really don't think it's going to happen though :(

However if The Edge Of Glory goes top 10, it might get a nice top 10 boost :)

Hmmm..All male artists though.

He's a Tw*t end of...I hope his album bombs like 'Won't go quietly' 60k lmao.

You laugh at his record only selling 60k yet have you actually looked at the sales for The Sats and Britney's most recent albums?

Oh and this is coming from an Alexandra fan.

Hehe when the Born This Way album was first released it was the deluxe version that was number 1, now after Paul O Grady and TEOG music video out, the 'normal' version is number 1 :)
