June 26, 201114 yr The intro sounds the same, but the melody is completely different and less annoying for me. :lol: 'Mr Saxobeat' is still awful to me. One of my least favourites of the year, easily.

June 26, 201114 yr I initially preferred Get Back Asap but I've definitely grown to love Mr Saxobeat more since its UK push. But I don't agree that they sound the same, aside from the intro. Mr Saxobeat is more driven by the sax and beat whereas Get Back is more melodic and sort of reminded me of something from the late 90s/early 00s when I first heard it. There are some people who far prefer it Mr Saxobeat and others who see it as far inferior, so I can see these opinions balancing it out. It will come top ten, but I'd be surprised if it goes higher than 6th and outdoes Mr Saxobeat.

As much as it pains me to do so with some of them...admittedly I had the speakers turned way down during the majority of Variation Of Birds. Some songs take a while to build up though, a perfect example being Edith Backlund's What I've Become :o
