Today's top 100 update (8pm positions as usual - delayed today because I was updating my spreadsheet)

 

Five new entries and for the first time in a while no re-entries today. DJ Fresh débuts at both ends of the top 40 with the Radio Edit (#1) and the Club Mix (#40) of his new single Louder (feat. Sian Evans). Loick Essien feat. Tanya Lacey - How We Roll goes straight in at #11, Red Hot Chili Peppers enter at #95 with Can't Stop for some reason (its first top 100 appearance since 29/05/2011 obviously) and Peter Andre (yes, seriously) is at #96 with Perfect Night. Coldplay and Beyoncé each shed another entry as Glastonbury's effect wears off. Jennifer Lopez, Birdy and Bad Meets Evil also have dropouts to accommodate the other 3 of the 5 top 100 entries.

And probably at 0.5000 when the other two DJ Fresh versions are taken into account. Already double Example and its not even been 24 hours yet. If its a 48 hour rolling chart I can see it getting Example down to 0.3 by tomorrow night. That means it should sell three times Example, and I expect Example to sell 50k this week at the very least, so beating Bruno's sales is possible :o

Peter Andre also has a second version (a '2011 Remix') in the top 110. Perfect Night couldpossibly go top 40 this week I think.
Why are the Chili Peppers Can't Stop at no.87 now. Are people hyping their return by downloading their old songs or something. :unsure:

Loick Essien climbing into the top 10 on iTunes has been the highlight of my day. :)

I'm happy to see Loick Essien in the top 10, wanted his debut to be a hit, so I'm happy to see his going to chart better this time round
The first half of the year (What's My Name, We R Who We R, Grenade, Someone Like You, Price Tag, Don't Hold Your Breath) $h!ts all over the second half of the year (The Lazy Song, Party Rock Anthem, Give Me Everything, Change The Way You Kissed Me, Don't Wanna Go Home) so far.
Dj Fresh 59% Ahead of Example! Wow :o We could potientialy see around 150,000 with physicals and ep included.
