Anyway I do hope 'Skyscraper' doesn't get released as an X Factor winner's single as no-one will be able to sing the song with such emotion as Demi does, it's a song that shouldn't be touched by anyone else in my opinion. Demi just does it absolutely perfectly. :wub:

Skyscraper is one of my top 5 songs of all time, and I totally agree that nobody can sing it like Demi and it shouldn't be touched. I've never heard a cover of it that doesn't end up completely vapid in comparison to the original.

Didn't someone like Joe McElderry cover "Skyscraper". They won't care about recycling it. It's a shame their recycling such a great song though.

Bit pointless, I doubt radio will cotton on or anything... But anyway, if it gets it even top 20 officially then I'm all for it :wub: In an ideal world, Heart/Radio 1 and Capital would rape it to the point of it going to #1 for 5 weeks plus.

Where's there a source for this re-release? :o It's a fantastic idea especially seeing as the song was included on the 'Demi' album too just as long as Demi performs it on UK X Factor as I doubt it will get TV/radio airplay now.
